Adoption Process

Five clear steps from application to pickup day. Every family meets the puppies in person before any deposit is taken, and every puppy goes home with vet records.

Fill out the application

Apply on the Apply to Adopt page. Your submission is reviewed within 24 hours and a member of our team will reach out to you through the number provided.

Book a viewing appointment

We will contact you to schedule a 30-minute appointment in person to meet the puppies. We are located in Richmond Hill, ON. For families adopting from afar, we offer FaceTime video calls to meet the puppies live.

Reserve your puppy

Deposit: a $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your puppy and is deducted from the total price. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO HST.

Welcome your puppy home

Puppies are ready for pick up at 8+ weeks. The remaining payment is due in cash or via e-transfer before or on the pickup date. Paperwork and vet records are provided.

Pick up or delivery

$0 — puppies reserved with a deposit can be picked up at our property at no additional cost. The most economic option.
Delivery by car · within Ontario
Starting at $50 — fees vary based on proximity. A deposit is required before the delivery date.
Domestic shipping · WestJet Cargo
Starting at $500 — an airline-certified carrier in a temperature-controlled compartment, with the airway bill shared and a FaceTime call before departure.
Flight nanny · Canada & USA
$1,500+ — your puppy flies in the cabin with a designated flight nanny and is handed to you at your airport.
Health & records

Every puppy is vaccinated, dewormed and vet-checked before going home at 8+ weeks, with paperwork and vet records provided at pickup.

One-year health guarantee: all puppies come with a one-year health guarantee and certified vet documents of vaccines and health evaluations.

Deposit & payment terms

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total price. The balance is due in cash or via e-transfer before or on pickup day. All prices are subject to HST. Full pricing is confirmed in writing with your viewing invitation.
